Situated in Westfield Sydney’s high-traffic retail precinct, Georgie Boy’s Coffee Co enjoys prime frontage and a steady stream of shoppers and café-goers.
Trinity Shopfitting collaborated with Vie Studio to translate the concept of coffee in motion into a celebration of linearity and texture, crafting an efficient fit-out that nurtures both brand identity and guest experience.
Design Approach
Precision-milled timber battens and slatted veneers echo the fluidity of a pouring coffee, while polished Corian countertops and matte-black metal accents deliver durability and visual contrast. Recessed LED linear lighting traces architectural lines and guides customer flow, enhancing the dynamic aesthetic. The compact open-counter layout maximises service efficiency, with flush-fit joinery concealing storage and utilities to maintain uncluttered sightlines throughout the 26 m² space.
