Situated in World Square’s bustling retail and dining precinct, Georgie Boy’s Coffee Co occupies a prominent tenancy that captures constant foot traffic from office workers, shoppers, and tourists.

Trinity Shopfitting partnered with Vie Studio to create a cohesive café environment that is both vibrant and inviting.

Design Approach

We employed precision-milled oak battens and slatted veneers to evoke the fluid motion of coffee being poured, set against polished Corian countertops and matte-black metal accents for refined contrast. Recessed linear LED lighting traces architectural lines, highlighting the open-plan service counter and feature walls. Flush-fit joinery conceals storage and utilities, while durable stainless-steel splashbacks and a streamlined back-of-house layout ensure hygiene and operational efficiency within the compact 60.8 m² footprint.
