Trinity Shopfitting collaborated with MOYA & CO to translate a sleek café concept into an inviting destination, melding marbled accents, sunny outdoor seating, and efficient service into a cohesive guest experience.
Design Approach
Custom marble benchtops paired with laminate joinery in milkwood deliver refined elegance, while frameless glazed facades and well-appointed outdoor bistro seating maximise connection to Darling Harbour’s vibrant walkway. Ambient lighting accentuates the marbled surfaces and minimalistic tiles floors to ensure hygiene, durability, and ease of maintenance within the compact 55.8 m² footprint.
Haven Specialty Coffee Darling Quarter has swiftly become a local landmark. Its harmonious blend of elegant materials, functional layout, and inviting street presence has elevated brand perception, extended dwell time, and set a new benchmark for boutique café fit-outs in the precinct.
