Trinity Shopfitting teamed with Span Design Studio to translate a homely café concept into a sleek, functional space that marries warmth with operational precision.
Design Approach
Soft pastel joinery and brushed-brass accents establish an elegant yet inviting ambience, further enhanced by custom terrazzo countertops and whitewashed oak panelling. Subtle LED strip lighting under shelving and around seating niches casts a gentle glow, while high-wear laminate surfaces, concealed storage, and a streamlined service counter ensure smooth daily operations within the 97 m² footprint.
The Willows Cafe Roselands has quickly become a local favourite, its harmonious design and operational efficiency raising the bar for boutique café fit-outs in Bankstown.
