Trinity Shopfitting collaborated with Emily Pedersen Design to bring a casual, modern Korean concept to life - creating a warm, inviting space that balances tradition with operational efficiency.
Design Approach
Light timber-veneer cabinetry and matte-black metal accents create a sleek, contemporary backdrop, while integrated LED channel lighting accentuates bold signage and menu displays. Durable Corian countertops, stainless-steel splashbacks, and hygienic laminate surfaces ensure lasting performance and effortless maintenance in a high-traffic environment.
Umma Kitchen Westfield Sydney has quickly become a standout in Westfield’s dining space. Its welcoming ambience and efficient layout have increased customer throughput, reinforced brand identity, and set a new benchmark for fast-casual fit-outs.
