Trinity Shopfitting partnered with Tom Mark Henry Studio to reinterpret the café’s brand legacy into a playful, efficient environment that surprises and delights its patrons.
Design Approach
We introduced custom terrazzo-topped counters and pastel-toned joinery punctuated by brass hardware to reflect Dopa’s signature palette. Integrated LED strip lighting highlights the custom joinery and menu boards, guiding guests through the space, while bespoke banquette seating and slender stools optimise customer flow within the compact 67.7 m² footprint. Durable Corian preparation surfaces and stainless-steel fixtures ensure operational resilience without compromising the café’s whimsical charm.
Dopa by Devon at Sydney Place has become a go-to destination for brunch enthusiasts. Its engaging aesthetic and streamlined service model has elevated its brand presence and set a new benchmark for modern café fit-outs.
