Trinity Shopfitting partnered with Fernzide Studio to transform a compact 20 m² space into a stylish Japanese takeaway concept that balances authenticity with operational efficiency.
Design Approach
Custom light-oak joinery and vertical timber slats evoke a traditional shopfront, while recessed LED strip lighting brings modern polish. The open stainless-steel service counter and Corian preparation surfaces maximise functionality in a small footprint. Flush-fit cabinetry conceals storage and utilities, creating a streamlined environment for service.
Sushi Yuzen Sydney Place has become a must-visit for takeaway Japanese cuisine. With its authentic charm and seamless operational flow, it draws steady foot traffic, elevates brand presence, and sets the benchmark for efficient, stylish compact fit-outs.
