Trinity Shopfitting partnered with Tom Mark Henry Studio to reimagine the Devon Group’s fast-casual dining concept, crafting a dynamic environment that balances playful brand cues with seamless operational flow.
Design Approach
Custom terrazzo-topped service counters and pastel-toned joinery punctuated by brass hardware reflect Dopa’s signature palette. Integrated LED strip lighting highlights the custom joinery works and menu boards, guiding guests fluidly through the compact 94.7 m² layout. Bespoke banquette seating and slender stools optimise customer circulation, while durable Corian preparation surfaces and stainless-steel fixtures ensure hygiene and long-term resilience.
Dopa by Devon Macquarie Centre has quickly become a go-to fast-casual destination in the precinct. Its engaging aesthetic and efficient service model have boosted customer dwell times, elevated brand perception and set a new benchmark for playful café fit-outs.
